1:1 Support is a private, focused space to slow down, reflect, and move forward without abandoning yourself in the process.
This work is not about fixing you or pushing for outcomes on a timeline. It’s about creating clarity, strengthening self-trust, and taking grounded steps through transition — with support.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This space is for people who are in the middle of change and want thoughtful, steady support.

HOW IT WORKS
Sessions are 60–90 minutes and held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs.
Each session is shaped by what’s present for you and may include:
- Grounding to arrive
- Reflective dialogue
- Pattern-spotting and reframing
- Clarifying next steps
- Integration and follow-up
There’s no script and no formula. We work with what’s real.

This is not therapy.
